Springboard Research, established in 2004, is a leading market research and advisory business in the Asia-Pacific region. Forrester Research, headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is one of the world’s preeminent independent research firms.
With the sale of Springboard Research, Knowledge Platform will concentrate on further expanding its next-generation learning solutions business, which encompasses strategy, customer enablement, learning content and technology licensing and development of communities of practice. The business, conducted under the Knowledge Platform brand name, has a leadership position in Asia and is now being extended into the Middle East and beyond.
